Brian M. Dias

Attorney Brian M. Dias joined Orabona Law Offices in the summer of 2025, bringing more than twenty-eight years of legal experience practicing in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Over the course of his career, Attorney Dias has developed extensive experience in civil litigation and personal injury matters, representing thousands of clients in a wide range of complex cases. Attorney Dias works closely with Attorney Frank Orabona and the team at Orabona Law Offices to provide clients with experienced, results-driven representation.

Prior to attending Roger Williams University School of Law, Attorney Dias worked for several major property and casualty insurance companies. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurance carriers evaluate, defend, and resolve claims—knowledge that now allows him to strategically advocate for injured clients and pursue the strongest possible outcomes on their behalf.

Throughout his career, Attorney Dias has successfully represented clients in matters involving automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, animal attacks, serious personal injury claims, lead paint exposure, and complex wrongful death cases in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

He has practiced before the Rhode Island District Court, Rhode Island Superior Court, and the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, and has also represented nurses before the Board of Nursing in professional disciplinary matters.

Attorney Dias earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and graduated in the top ten of his evening class from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Outside of his legal practice, Attorney Dias enjoys football, theater, concerts, and following politics.
